By creating a Wealth Access account or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use our platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Wealth Access ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This agreement governs your use of all services offered through our web platform and any future mobile applications.

Eligibility

To use Wealth Access, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be a person barred from using financial services under applicable law
• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
• Not be located in or a resident of any jurisdiction where our services are restricted

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Wealth Access will never ask you to share your password, PIN, or OTP codes via email, phone, or chat.

Transfers & Payments

When initiating any transfer or payment through Wealth Access, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are authorized to use the funds being transferred
• All recipient information provided is accurate and complete
• Transfers may be subject to processing times, limits, and verification requirements
• Once a transfer is confirmed, it may not be reversible
• Wealth Access is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect recipient details

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Wealth Access for any of the following:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Funding terrorist organizations or activities
• Circumventing applicable laws, regulations, or sanctions
• Creating multiple accounts or using false identities
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Wealth Access staff
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, reporting to relevant authorities, and legal action.

Security

Wealth Access employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, biometric authentication, and advanced fraud detection to protect your account and data.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• Using strong, unique passwords
• Logging out from shared or public devices
• Promptly reporting any suspicious activity on your account
• Keeping your registered email and phone number up to date

Fees & Charges

Wealth Access is committed to transparent pricing. Applicable fees will always be displayed clearly before you confirm any transaction.

• Digital Wallet: No storage or monthly fees

We reserve the right to introduce or modify fees at any time. We will notify you of any fee changes at least 30 days in advance.

Termination

You may close your Wealth Access account at any time by contacting our support team. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• We detect fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal activity
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to withdraw any available balance, subject to applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wealth Access shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
• Losses resulting from errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in service

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Wealth Access in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of Wealth Access after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
